Getting Started
Taking action starts with an email and a 15 minute conversation with Dr. Tonya Osmond. In this initial and complimentary conversation, she will ask you questions about your goals and challenges and explain our methods-based approach.
Career Counseling
Each 60-minute session is $60, and web-based assessments are $40 each. Career counseling can help you clarify your interests and skills and understand how they align with occupations. Available assessments include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), and Campbell Interest and Skill Survey (CISS). In-person sessions are available on evenings and weekends, and Skype or Google sessions are also available.
Job Search Coaching
Each 60-minute session is $60 and includes e-mail support for quick questions that occur between sessions. Job search coaching can help you develop a strategy for identifying what you want to do, how and where to find it, and how to brand and market yourself as a competitive candidate. In-person sessions are available on evenings and weekends, and Skype and Google sessions are also available.
Your Job Search Strategy could include:
- Assessments to help clarify your interests, skills, values, and personality preferences
- Logistics about the job search process
- Networking strategies for gaining information and identifying job leads
- Social media enhancements for marketing your brand
- Resume and cover letter editing
- Interview strategies, preparation, and practice
